Job Description

We are currently seeking Telesales Advisors to join existing campaigns we have at our Cape Town site to make outbound customer sales calls, ensuring quality standards are adhered to at all times on behalf of our client & to ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

The Selection Criteria

Experience

•Minimum of 1 year sales experience preferably in a contact centre environment
•Ability to achieve agreed targets and standards applied to the campaign
•Take ownership for own performance actively seeking opportunities to improve and develop
