Job Description

We are currently seeking Telesales Advisors to join existing campaigns we have at our Birmingham site. The purpose of this role is to make outbound customer sales calls, ensuring quality standards are adhered to at all times on behalf of our client & to ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

Hours: 37.5 per week
Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm & alternate Saturdays 10am - 6pm

Salary: �6.50 basic (OTE �17k)

Experience

•Sales experience preferably in a contact centre environment
•Experience of working towards and achieving targets

Qualifications

•GCSE level or equivalent
